Dr. Nitin Garg holds over 16 years of result-oriented experience encompassing practice in Medicine, Hospital Administration, Planning & Designing of Hospitals, Quality Assurance in the Medical field, Policymaking, Supply Chain Management, Medical Procurement, Healthcare IT, Project execution & planning, and Project Management.
He leads the team for the NABH accreditation in a leading private hospital. Imparted technical/ medical consultancy to various private and government hospitals directly or through various architectural firms.
Being a focused dedicated professional, Dr. Garg is always keen to imbibe new knowledge and keep himself updated about the new advancements in his field. Besides he is quite active in the field of quality improvement in the organizations he served in the last few years. Dr. Nitin Garg attended the prestigious POI course of NABH for the 5th edition.
He works with the philosophy that every healthcare organization should be planned to keep in view the local practices & culture but at the same time follow the international best practices, guidelines, statutes, rules, laws, and most importantly take care of the safety of patients, staff & visitors. The physical & Psychological comfort of the patient and staff while planning various functions of the organization is of utmost importance to him, fulfilling all the functional requirements of the underlying processes.
Dr. Nitin Garg is a medical graduate from the prestigious Pt. B. D. Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS), Rohtak, and done his Postgraduation, MD in Hospital Administration from prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.
